Comments, summaries, headnotes, analyses and other editorial materials made available on the platform are provided on a non-binding basis, at a given time and in a given legal and factual context. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any position or interpretation expressed in such editorial content must not be construed as an official position or legal opinion of CASALONGA.
The information and materials available through UPC.wiki do not constitute legal advice or a legal opinion tailored to any particular situation. Unless otherwise indicated, these elements are the exclusive property of CASALONGA or are used by CASALONGA with the authorisation of their respective rights holders.
The structure, organisation, selection, arrangement and presentation of the content available through UPC.wiki may also benefit from the legal protection afforded to databases under applicable law.
No provision of these Legal Notice and Terms of Use shall, however, be construed as claiming exclusive rights over legislation, judicial decisions, official legal texts or other official documents reproduced, referenced or made accessible through UPC.wiki. The inclusion of such documents on UPC.wiki does not transfer any intellectual property rights in those documents to CASALONGA or to users of the platform. Their use and reuse remain subject to their respective legal regimes and to any applicable rules concerning dissemination, public information and the protection of personal data.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution, extraction or reuse of all or part of UPC.wiki or of any content protected by intellectual property rights, by any means whatsoever, without the prior authorisation of CASALONGA or of the relevant rights holder, is prohibited except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
